Remote Assistance
The Remote Assistance is an on-line support software tool to allow our technicians to connect remotely to your equipment. This way, through an internet connection, they can watch what is the matter or the equipment notifications and solve the huge part of the problems due software or configuration mismatching.
The Remote Assistance software after use DOES NOT INSTALL ANYTHING IN CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT, and any remote connection is not possible without customer authorization and acceptation.
The step-by-step procedure to let Remote Assistance for our technicians is as follows:
- Download Remote
- Once downloaded, open file using double-click and move it to desktop.
- Close ZIP file and make double-click over created file on the desktop.
- Provide ID and connection password to our technician.
- From that moment, the technician can work on your equipment remotely.
- No hidden action can be done because the remote software informs you about any remote action.
- Once the job is done, the desktop file can be deleted or can be keeped for any further job.
